Tom Bolich is a result driven Defense and Aerospace products and services Business Development Executive with 25 plus years of success in establishing, expanding, and managing client relationships. The common behaviors that Tom consistently delivers on are new market penetration, developing messaging and marketing strategies, competitive and market intelligence, communications programs for new and existing products and services, and structuring, negotiating, and closing large complex deals. Additionally, he has created and led sales/marketing organizations as a senior executive and consultant in corporations and startups domestically and internationally.

Tom is currently a Business Development Executive at Saronic Technologies, charged with establishing avenues for revenue growth and long-term contract development where his primary focus is on the Department of Homeland Security, with additional accountabilities introducing and developing long-term relationships in various commercial market verticals focused on port and harbor security and surveillance. Given his unique blend of government and commercial experience, he is also a senior representative with several industry trade associations, including AFCEA, AUVSI and the SPE.

Prior joining Saronic, Tom’s past experiences have included Senior Business Development Executive at Saab Inc where he was BD lead and architect for a fi rst of its kind, Training as a Service (TAAS) Program and Vice President at SAIC as a Business Development Executive, where in addition to major capture programs, he also ran a multi-national, multi-million-dollar event marketing program. Another unique program he led was the repurposing and direct sales program of company owned government developed products and services. Other past engagements included commercial and government small unmanned systems (SUAS) operation services. The underlying thread through all his experience’s professional was Tom’s service in the United States Navy, active and reserve. From Seaman (E-1) to Captain (O-6), his service of 30 years included successful combat and command tours.

Tom earned a Master of Science in Technology Management with an emphasis in Global Technology implementation which included a study abroad activity in Asia, and Europe. He is married with twin 14-year-old sons. The Bolich family lives in Austin, TX, and enjoy time boating and fishing on Lake Travis.
