Kathleen is the Director of Security for the Maryland Port Administration (MPA) at the Port of Baltimore. She is responsible for developing and implementing operational and strategic security policies and programs to protect and support the mission of the Maryland Port Administration. Prior to joining the MPA in 2023, Kathleen served 22 years with the United States Capitol Police in Washington D.C.

Kathleen began her 29-year career as a military police officer in the U.S. Air Force before moving into corrections for Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center in Winchester, VA.
