Tosia Shall has been with Esri’s Washington DC Regional Office for over 25 years after having received her Masters’s Degree in Geography from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She began her career as an instructor and three years later joined the Solution Engineer Team. Tosia demonstrates how the ArcGIS System brings business value to address critical challenges facing our Federal Government customers, specifically the Public Safety sector, helping them create effective solutions that result in better, more informed decision-making.
