He has over 23 years of experience with Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN)/Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response and prevention, and currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert in CBRN detection operations, technologies, and tactics throughout the Country and U.S Territories.
